Experience this incredibly desirable Lakeland Village townhome, located in a tranquil lakefront setting that’s only a few short steps to the beach and a 5-minute walk along the sand to reach pubs, restaurants, boat rentals, fishing charters and more at the nearby Ski Run Marina. The unit has been updated throughout with granite countertops and new appliances in the kitchen. Within the complex, enjoy access to swimming pools, spas, snack bar, fitness center, and tennis courts.
This location is 1.2 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort, where you’ll experience some of the best skiing in the world! Love to cook? Conveniently located across the street is a Whole Foods Market for shopping so that you can come home to cook and create in an elegant culinary kitchen.
We love pets but only humans at this home.
The three level townhouse has three bedrooms/2 bathrooms on the first floor, the great room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom on the second floor, and a loft with beds on the third level. The townhouse includes high-speed internet and Wi-fi. Great room has TV with Netflix and cable w/HBO, two bedroom TVs are smart TVs with Netflix and one bedroom TV has cable with HBO.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, parking for 2 cars is included and for the rest of the year, ,parking for 4 cars is included.
A full size washer and dryer are in the townhome for your use.
